What is Involved?Each workout in the T28 program will get your heart pumping and your body shaped through its 28 minute workouts. Shaping your body and creating a strong healthy look has never been easier with our easy to follow workouts.
T28 Fitness was created with a combination of 3 different workout styles; HIIT, Timed continuous circuits, and Tabata. These 3 methods of fitness have been proven to increase the heart rate and having a lasting fat burning effect even after exercise is complete. Combined with out specific exercise combinations that work your muscles for maximum effect, both men and women will receive results specific to their goals.
